APLE – Apple Hospitality REIT. Pass.
BL – Blackline. Looking at 10% per month. I like it.
CCO – Clear Channel Outdoor Holdings. I like the price at $1.80. The 5Y shows the downward stepping death. The last 3 months have been good at 83.67%. I will pass.
CWK – Cushman & Wakefield. Real Estate. Commercial. No.
EB – Eventbrite. Online ticketing, event hosting, organization, promotion and advertising. Covid. No thanks.
MFA – MFA Financial. Real Estate. Looks like it would love to get back to $7.00 from its current $3.96.
MSGN – MSG Networks. I don’t see why this one can’t be $20.
RP – RealPage. It ran from 2016 to 2018. It has been sideways since. I will pass. If it goes on a bit of a run, then maybe.
SDC – SmileDirectClub. Dental. IPO at $20.55. Hasn’t made it back to that mark yet. It needs another 33% to get there. Dental has suffered due to Covid. Get it ahead of the reopening and you may be rewarded.
STX – Seagate Technology. I like the company, but not its charts. It’s a roller over 5Y. Other companies will produce much more quickly.
TTD – Trade Desk. It got on a run late in 2020, but has faltered since then.
